Shipping Policy

 

Gravity MarketPlace currently offers a $9.50 flat-rate shipping option.The current checkout option is listed as 2-Day Shipping.The two-day shipping period refers to the carrier's transit time after the package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier. It does not necessarily include order processing time.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Gravity MarketPlace is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Although we make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated processing and shipping timeframes, delays can occasionally occur because of weather, carrier problems, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.
If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law. Federal law generally requires an online seller that cannot ship within the promised time to obtain the customer's consent to a delay or provide a prompt refund. Federal Trade Commission

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Gravity MarketPlace as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please take photographs of:

  • The outside of the package
  • Any visible damage
  • The product inside the package

This will help us determine the appropriate solution.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us so we can help determine the next steps.

Perishable Sea Moss Products

Sea moss gels are perishable products. Customers should follow the storage and refrigeration instructions provided with the product.
Because of the perishable nature of these products, customers should be available to receive shipments when appropriate and should promptly refrigerate products requiring refrigeration.
